This is the eighth edition of the India Skills Report, jointly published by CII and Wheebox. The theme of the India Skills Report 2021 is Post-COVID landscape of Talent Demand and Supply in India. This year the study aims to give insights into the skill gaps that exist in the employable population across India, specifically when the demand and supply of talent is hugely impacted due to the pandemic. The report captures the skill levels of the supply side and needs of the demand side in the talent supply chain. With separate studies conducted to understand each side, this report tries to bring in a more realistic and holistic view of skill and talent landscape in the country.
